Hobbies

I am an avid golfer. One of the things I love most about our local community is the fact that we have access to some of the greatest courses in the world. I frequently golf at Schneider’s Riverside, Sun Hills, and Hubbard golf courses.

I like to hunt, fish and camp. I love to spend time in our great outdoors. Four wheeling at Sand Hollow and craw fishing at Strawberry Reservoir are some of my favorite annual camping trips. I also look forward to our annual cow elk deprivation hunt with Rex Feller, Mitch Tice, Matt Feller and all the great guides with Wild Country Outfitters.

I also look forward to giving back to our local communities. Each year I look forward to volunteering with Angel Tree and Feed My Starving Children, two awesome projects that help those in need. On a monthly basis, I provide free legal services at Mountain View Baptist Church as part of our community outreach service with the Christian Legal Society.
Washington Heights Church has been my church and family for at least the last decade. I enjoy volunteering as the Nominating Committee Chair and, from time to time, as a Youth Leader for Junior High and High School Students.

Finally, as of 2014, I am a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan (Aaron Rodgers is the Man!), an embarrassed Minnesota Twins fan (my team is just a farm team for either the Yankees or the Red Socks), a equally embarrassed Tennessee Volunteer fan (can we please stop being the door mat of the SEC), a Minnesota Golden Gophers fan (it’s nice to see some school pride making its way through the athletic departments of late), a Utah Runnin Utes fan (do we have a respectable basketball team this year?), A Weber State University fan (Wow, was Damian Lillard really that good?! And, is our football team really that bad?) and a Jazz fan (they need to “suck” better so we can draft Jabari Parker).

Very Helpful in a Time of Need

Thaddeus was very sympathetic to me and my needs. He understood the trauma and the overwhelming emotion that I was experiencing after my accident. I am just happy that I didn't have to do anything but rehablitate and get back to work. My medical bills were taken care of and I was able to get into a new vehicle.

Great Work

I got t-boned by a driver that ran a red-light, the first major accident I have ever had in my life. After just trying to settle on my totaled car, I learned very quickly that the at-fault insurance company's main priority was not taking care of myself or my family. Facing a long road to recovery, I felt I had no choice but to seek representation. After interviewing several injury firms, I chose to go with Feller and Wendt. Thaddeus and his team did an excellent job working with me over my two year recovery period. Because of their efforts, I was able to obtain a much larger settlement than I would have ever gotten on my own. In addition, after the policy-limit settlement with the at-fault's insurance, they also represented me in the very successful underinsured motorist coverage claim against my insurance company. Overall, I was very happy with the total settlement they were able to obtain and the help they provided to put the whole accident/recovery period in the rearview mirror. I would highly recommend this firm.

Lawyers that actually care

I sought out Feller & Wendt for some help with a legal matter that I had already discussed with attorneys referred to me through "free" services such as Rocket Lawyer and Legal Zoom. Not only was their advice a whole lot more clear, I also felt that they actually cared about me and my situation. They really were trying to give the best advice to help, not merely trying to get me to sign up for costly services. Highly recommend. I actually have known them for several years and they are well known in the community for this kind of approach.

Professional and Fought Hard For Me

Had a few small issues with my case, but most were beyond their control. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with. However, they continued to fight for me and were eventually able to get my case settled.

they worried for me

Thank you so much Thaddeus and Brittni as well as other office staff. So thankful for all your help through this last accident. I was just to sick to deal with all the challenges of paperwork and payment demand letters. Relying on F & W to be my advocate gave me the peace of mind I needed

Took on the insurance company

I was injured at a local gym and the gym's insurance company did not want to pay for my medical expenses, lost wages, etc. Feller & Wendt took my case and I couldn't be happier with the result. Definitely recommend...

What impressed me most was their litigation skills

What impressed me most with the Attorneys at Feller & Wendt was their litigation skills. Most attorneys know the law but seldom go to court. Sure a settlement offer prior to trial is a welcome option but if the offer is unfair then what? And if a lawyers court-appearance record indicates little or no court appearances, then the threat of court is empty and settlement offers remain low as a result. The Attorneys at Feller & Wendt are skilled litigators trained to prevail in a court of law and fight the hard fight should negotiations fail. I saw this first hand and that’s exactly what I wanted…Isn’t that what we all want? Isn’t that what our loved-ones deserve?

They Fought For My Mother

My Mother tripped over a faulty mat and fell while shopping at a local grocery store. An ambulance was called and took her to the hospital where she was treated for lacerations to her arm and injuries to her hip. The store acknowledged fault at the time of the accident but later refused to assume responsibility when the medical bills started coming. We contacted Feller & Wendt and they fought for my mother; came to her home for depositions so that she didn’t have to travel while recuperating, and made sure my mother’s medical bills were taken care of. Feller and Wendt made us feel we were the only client they had and the most important case they were handling.

My Attorney Cared About Me

I had a wonderful experience with Feller & Wendt and have recommended these great accident attorneys to friends and family. My personal attorney cared about me during the case and I knew he understood how important it was for me to get my bills paid after my accident. I would recommend Feller & Wendt to anyone.

Major Medical Injuries

The day before my husband and I got married we were in an auto accident. Upon return from our honeymoon we went to the chiropractor and learned of our injuries: I had severe whiplash and my new husband had a cracked rib and had whiplash as well. We felt the settlement the insurance was offering was not a fair amount and our chiropractor referred us to Feller & Wendt. The attorney kept us informed on what was happening in our case and we were well taken care of. We would recommend Feller & Wendt to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney.

Auto Accident Victim

I was in a very serious auto accident up in the mountains of Utah where we ended up rolling down the mountain. The Personal Injury Attorneys of Feller & Wendt were contacted by my daughter and they took care of my legal case. My lawyer actually gave us his personal cell phone number. I feel they had my best interest at hand and were very understanding. They went above and beyond and involved every step of the way through insurance processes and medical care making sure everything was taken care of. I would refer Feller & Wendt to anyone. They did a fantastic job.
